The cost of a full-day wedding photo shoot typically ranges from €1,900 to €4,000, depending on the scope of the project. This fee covers not only the hours spent on the wedding day itself, but also the many hours of planning, photo selection, editing, data backup, and years of experience.

A full-day photo session often involves 35–40 hours of work—from the initial consultations to the finished photo gallery. In addition, factors such as photographic style, reliability, the use of light and emotion, and high-quality equipment play a major role.

In the end, you’re not just investing in beautiful photos, but in memories that will stay with you for a lifetime.

That depends entirely on your schedule and your priorities. For civil ceremonies or very intimate weddings, 2–3 hours are often enough for the ceremony and couple photos.

Six hours is a good option if you’d also like to capture the reception, group photos, or the first parts of the program. For an emotional and comprehensive wedding photo story, we usually recommend 8–9 hours—so we can accompany you from getting ready through the ceremony and on to your reception.

If you’d like us to be there with you from the getting ready right through to the lively evening festivities, 10–12 hours is ideal.

We’ll be there to capture your wedding exactly where you’re getting married. Whether it’s in Vienna, in the mountains, by a lake, or in a completely different part of Austria—we’re happy to travel there for you. We also love covering international weddings. South Tyrol? Italy? Greece? Thailand?—count us in! In short: We’ll go wherever your story unfolds.

We’ll send you your photos or wedding video about 4 weeks after your wedding day via a link to your personal online gallery. There, you can browse through everything at your leisure, download the files at any time, and feel free to share the link with your loved ones.

Depending on your package, we also offer “sneak peeks.” With this service, we’ll send you a few highlight photos as early as the day after your wedding.

We promise you about 50–100 photos per hour for every hour booked with two photographers. If a single photographer is accompanying you, you can expect about 25–50 photos per hour. That's the bare minimum.

However, we don’t artificially limit ourselves or withhold any great moments from you. We’ll give you all the photos that are important and well-captured for telling the story of your day—in other words, every shot that authentically and emotionally captures your wedding. The number listed is simply a rough guide to help you estimate the minimum number of photos you can expect.

The length of your wedding video depends on the duration of your booking. As a general guideline, you can expect about 1 to 1.5 minutes of edited video footage for every hour booked.
